1. I registered online and I'm signed in, but it is not letting me order.
   
   The online ordering system only allows orders to be placed during the restaurant's open hours. Some restaurants elect to turn off online ordering 15 minutes before they close. Be sure that you are attempting to place an order during the restaurant's business hours, which are posted in the upper right hand corner of the online order pages.
   
   
2. I registered online but I cannot sign in.
   
   
   • Before you can sign in, you must verify your registration by clicking on the link that has been sent to the email address you provided.
   • If this email has not appeared in your mailbox, double check your email address for correctness.
   • Check your spam box, your email program may have miscategorized the verification email as spam.
   • White list the domain pizzagalaxy.com as all your email from the online ordering system will come from this address.
   
   
   
3. I don't see a button to check out.
   
   The check out button only appears if you are signed in. You will see it in the right hand colum underneath your current order details.
   
   
4. Did you get my order on your end? I just submitted it.
   
   All online orders are faxed to the restaurant as quickly as possible. Once an order has been successfully faxed, you should receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Please allow 10 minutes to receive the receipt email before calling.
   
5. My username is not working, what's the problem?
   
   Your username is your email address. Be sure you enter it the same way each time. If you have multiple email addresses, you will need to remember which one you used for your online ordering username.
