The Original Vitale's Italian restaurant, better known as Vitale's on Leonard Street and located at number 834 on that street, has launched an online ordering service through its new website.
Customers who visit http://theoriginalvitales.com may browse the online ordering menu by clicking the Order Online button.
Vitale's full takeout menu is available online. Customers can place orders for takeout with the same speed and ease as playing a computer game.
The online menu includes several categories including Traditional and Chicago Pizzas, where customers can design their own topping schemes, to the Submarine Sandwich category which not only lets the customer choose the style of Sub, but also add extra meats and veggies as well as holding the green peppers and onions. It is all done with a few clicks of the mouse and taps on the keyboard.
The final order is faxed to the restaurant where it is filled and ready for takeout.
Customers may save their orders as a favorite for easy one click ordering at a later time.
Salvatore Vitale opened his Leonard Street restaurant in 1966. It is the first of several restaurants which bear the Vitale's family name.
