The Pizza Mill Cooks Up Its Own Stimulus Plan in Folsom, California
Folsom, California - February 26, 2009 -
With the economy flagging and people scrimping for loose change, Pizza Mill, located at the 1300 E. Bidwell Street shopping center, is doing its bit to help the local economy. The restaurant has just introduced its new online ordering service and made its special deals available online.
Customers can now visit Pizza Mill's website at www.pizzamillfolsom.com and click the "Order Online" button to reach the online ordering system.
First time customers must register, but once signed in, they can access Pizza Mill's full menu including lunch and dinner specials, such as Pizza Mill's 3 medium 1 topping pizzas for $5each, or 2 Extra large, two topping pizzas for $19.99.
Users of the online order system enjoy another advantage though: no pressure.
"There is no one waiting at the other end of a phone line for them to hurry up and decide what they want," said Rudy Vener, whose company provides the online ordering service. "People order at their leisure, and it becomes a much pleasanter experience."
The online order system is also accessible to the handicapped. Deaf customers can place orders without needing help with the phone. Blind customers can read and operate the interactive menu using their existing braille or speech enabled computer equipment.
Pizza Mill's online ordering is provided by Pizza Galaxy of North Haven, CT, www.pizzagalaxy.com , a national provider of online ordering services for restaurants since 2003.
"We are very pleased Pizza Mill has selected us to provide their online ordering service," said Mr. Vener. "We like to help the smaller restaurants compete more effectively with the big chains for online business."
